    Commercial Planning Coordinator

    Who are we?

A piece of the moon, a complete dinosaur skeleton, the Pope's hat, the unique artwork - at Catawiki, we come across extraordinary objects such as these every day.

As Europe's fastest growing online auction platform, our mission is to make special objects available to everyone. In fact, 14 million users are buying and selling on Catawiki every month. This means we are continually growing and always on the lookout for new talent!

Born and raised in The Netherlands, we started in 2008 as a platform where collectors could manage their collections online. Yet, times change, ideas evolve, and in 2011 we hosted our first online auction and we haven't looked back since! We've now grown to 500 Catawikians working across 7 international offices and are proud to have maintained our start-up mentality.

    What will you do?

As a Commercial Planning Coordinator in the Commercial Operations team at Catawiki you are responsible for our data landscape, ensuring our dashboards & reports address key business needs and support strategic priorities in a soon-to-be 1 billion euros organisation.

    • Develop clear insights and view on the unbiased needs & ambition of Catawiki's commercial business. In practice, this means representing our external stakeholders (both sellers & buyers) as well as our internal ones (building standardized tools & processes which can be used by different category teams while still leaving space for specific category needs)
    • Ensure dashboards are efficient & user-friendly to teams of diverse data-savviness levels, driving actionable insights ready to use by our teams
    • Maintain dashboards & troubleshoot bugs & errors, with the support of the Reporting Analyst
    • Design & own the dashboard change request & improvement process, ensuring that requested changes are assessed in terms of business & technical impacts and that changes are managed in a scalable manner to prevent dashboards becoming too heavy & complicated
    • Provide trainings & refreshers to all dashboards users on a monthly basis, contributing to & shaping our 'be geeky' culture across our employee base
    • Design & schedule an annual cadence of trainings & refreshers across the business adjusted to business needs, providing upfront visibility on when which trainings are happening
