    About the role:

    • This role will have the primary responsibility of translating planned marketing campaigns to the sales department
    • Responsible for the conversion of marketing campaigns at sales level
    • Translate marketing campaigns into sales programs
    • Ensure that the marketing campaigns achieve the desired results like optimized revenue, volume growth with focus on customer growth, retention and profitability
    • Critical evaluation of the feasibility of planned marketing campaigns beforehand
    • Constant monitoring of campaign effectiveness and ongoing communication with all involved stakeholders in the marketing and sales department
    • Display ownership on projects and processes and have the courage to drive things to completion
    • Create comprehensive reports and critical metrics related to marketing campaigns and their performance, analyze variances and prepare for leadership reviews
    • This new role will be reporting to the VP Sales of the region (Central and Western Europe), and will work within the sales team

    About you:

    • Experience in a similar sales position with marketing interest
    • A bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing
    • A passion for sales and conversion
    • Strong analytical, data gathering and problem solving skills
    • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential
    • Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns
    • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
    • Be passionate about understanding the business, and fluent in performing return on investment analysis and forecasts
    • Assertiveness and persuasiveness
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Fluent in Dutch and English a must
    • Excellent critical reasoning skills used to combine high proficiency in preparing management presentations as well as interpretation of business analysis
    • Eligibility to work in EU without additional visa- and immigration steps
