Mollie is looking for you - an ambitious, data driven analyst to generate insight into our Commercial performance, with a specific focus on the Partnerships team. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Commerce to understand their needs and questions. Based on this, you will help model and develop insights and dashboards to measure performance and support decision making.
As part of our Commerce Optimisation team, you will play a crucial role in helping Mollie achieve its growth targets by improving the effectiveness of our Commerce team and making it more data-driven. Reporting into the Lead Commercial Insights & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing deep insight into the partnerships business and providing the team with the right insights to manage performance.
What you'll be doing:
You’ll be the authority on Mollie’s Partnerships performance: measuring key metrics & feeding back to Partnerships leadership and the teams.
You’ll develop, optimize & automate reporting and dashboarding in our Looker BI tool to support strategic decision making and operational work
You’ll be proactive with identifying new ways to use existing data, or with leveraging external data, to bring new insights to drive better recommendations for commercial outcomes
You’ll undertake ad-hoc deep dive analyses to support the decision making process around exciting new initiatives; both in the Partnerships domain and outside of that
You’ll help manage the various commercial Looker data models which enable business users to answer their own questions. You will need to work closely with business stakeholders to understand their most burning questions
You’ll work cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, & Finance teams as well as Marketing & Sales
