Your new role as Agile Coach/Change Consultant:
Our Center of Expertise Agile Coaching is looking for a passionate Agile Coach who inspires organizations to excel. Are you agile in everything you say and do? Your challenge as Agile Coach/Change Consultant:
As an Agile coach / Change Consultant you help tribes and or (super) circles to translate the organisation strategy into a change approach and facilitate its implementation. Focus is on changing behaviour and accelerate the change, enabling ownership for the change and a sustainable desired change. Within the team you collaborate closely with your counterpart to create more impact and continuous improvement. You help colleagues to be successful in their role and you contribute to the development of new knowledge.
Your work environment:
As Agile Coach/Change Consultant you shape and supervise a complex transformation and change processes and you are responsible for decision-making at various levels in the organization to actually achieve changes. You are responsible for setting up and implementing new approaches to make the organisation more agile, efficient, customer focused and effective. You design steps and actions which are needed to realize change.
Your main focus is supporting the (super) circle leads to create high performing teams. You also guide the organization and their teams in their growth in knowledge and competences. As a trusted advisor you ensure ownership with line managers who are responsible for the change.
As Agile Coach/Change Consultant you:
help our organization to achieve sustainable results together with your agile coach colleagues and do not shy away from confronting the tension and offering a different perspective;
use your expertise of behavioural change to coach and advise organizations, leaders and employees during the transition;
stay informed of the latest developments in change management in an agile organization and share your own knowledge with the organization and disseminate that expertise.
support the Agile Coach team in the development of methods and tools for the organization and internal development of STM (Systemic Transition Management);
help the leadership team to develop and improve their leadership skills
In concrete terms, we need you because you:
Know exactly how to distil complex challenges
Can hold your own in discussions with people at all levels
Help to maintain a focus on the longer term and underlying factors rather than getting distracted by day-to-day issues
Can justify why one particular approach will work better than another
Dare to break the patterns and dynamics in the organisation
How to succeed
You are perfectly able to make connections and structure stories. You are decisive in realizing change assignments and do not shun confrontation when necessary. You create new insights and give a different perspective on change that make it easier to achieve the change goals. Your passion spreads to the people around you and you are interested in what moves people and groups. You want to continuously improve and contribute to the development of our Agile Coaches, particularly in the area of change. Finally, you enjoy dealing with "hassle and trouble" and see a challenge in changing things that are not going well.
Furthermore you bring along:
You know all there is to know about agile, lean and preferably PACE (ING innovation) methodology and you’re no stranger to coaching methods
Understand the work of teams, see dependencies and have demonstrable impact in your assignment
Experienced coach in coaching Tribe Leadership teams and Super Circle Leadership teams
All-round coach that operates independently at team level, organizational unit or domain. You have minimal 5 years of experience in change management and agile coaching
Know how to create impact, you are persuasive, naturally curious and innovative
Strong team player and willing to learn from others
You’re not afraid to give and receive feedback and you’re an outstanding sparring partner, consultant and team member
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and communication skills
Actively involved in the training of colleagues and make a visible contribution to the community of agile and PACE coaches
Proactive in giving and receiving feedback, you have a "growth mindset" and propagates this
You are a sparring partner of the leadership team
