You have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 within Labour Relations, preferably within The Netherlands, with good knowledge of the Dutch labour law, policies and compliances. You gained experience of implementing and maintaining long-term Co-workers Relations in large scale organisations and multinational environments and have proven experience working with works councils. You have an in-depth training in HR Management, including Labour law.
You are a strong negotiator and take ownership of your deliverables, always looking at ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. You proactively identify co-workers’ concerns and work to address them. You communicate confidently in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).

We are looking for a Co-worker Relations Specialist who will, in line with the People Strategy, provide
expertise in and secure implementation of Co-workers Relations within INGKA Group Functions, in line with Dutch labour law on all labour related matters.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Be a spokesperson for all labour related questions & issues within Group Functions.
Provide advice and support from Group Functions on labour relations.
Effectively communicate and explain policies, procedures and practices to leaders and co-workers.
Proactively work to understand co-worker relations concerns and find solutions.
Participate in setting up works council for relevant Ingka Group units.
Coordinate and maintain continuous dialogue with works councils.
Resolve issues with works councils and escalate when necessary.
Support management in negotiations with the works councils.
Prepare input and files for labour court hearings.
Collaborate, partner and support Centre of Expertise on Co-Worker Relations regarding implementation of strategic decisions, best practices.
