    The Head of Product function is responsible for developing the product vision and leading the product development team and process for the Startup. The Head of Product has full product responsibility, which includes a.o. defining and prioritizing the backlog, managing to ROI, product quality and product release cycles.

    Success for this role will be defined in terms of (Adoption, Net Promotor Score etc.)


    Responsibilities include:

      • Shape and influence the product vision based on the identified market opportunity
      • Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap, product goals and success metrics.
      • Develop deep customer insight, through interviews and research and by collectingand analyzing user and community feedback and usage information.
      • Lead the product development process, define, prioritize, and manage the products’ backlog
      • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions in a way that builds confidence to all involved in its implementation: engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
      • Determine a product pricing strategy
      • Partner with the Software Development team to prioritize the roadmap and estimate realistic delivery timelines.
      • Work with our Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and enablement.
      • Take on an externally facing role to become an evangelist, participate in conferences, writes articles, etc.
      • Coach and mentor,a high performing product team to innovate and ship product efficiently
      • Set performance expectations, recognize achievements, and provide actionable feedback to team members.

    What you bring along:

      • 7 - 10 years of relevant working experience in Enterprise Software / B2B SaaS
      • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience leading Product Management/Design teams
      • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of the techniques and methods of modern digital product discovery and delivery
      • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and create a well-structured, data-informed narrative
      • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
      • Field Service Management or Manufacturing Domain Experience and Passion for optimizing service/maintenance processes.
      • Ideally experience with service processes like work order management, Mobile Work Order Execution, planning of Field Service/work orders, data driven maintenance (IoT), Remote monitoring
      • Solid understanding of B2B business models and sales motions.
      • Outstanding communication, presentation/public speaking and leadership skills
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Curiosity and an open mind.

      • Degree in Business or Economics
