    WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

    The DDM (Data Driven Marketing) Assistant Manager is responsible for driving business value through data: they will support the global Foods and Refreshment Divisions by translating data into actionable insights to drive conversion.

    We are looking for someone with excellent digital analytics and audience segmentation experience with an understanding of the full user journey through to sales, to accelerate the category’s data driven marketing journey.

    You’ll be the brain that has the know-how on how to deliver against data and 1:1 strategies.

    • Responsible for developing and implementing Global brand audiences, leveraging Adobe Audience Manager, and roadmap that contributes to the overall category strategy and vision.
    • Support the delivery of ROI/ Fuel for growth via more efficient DDM
    • Work with the Global performance marketing team to embed the strategy for performance and e-commerce into brands data strategies and bring to life
    • Work with central DMP team to define, optimise and manage global segments leveraging internal audience tools
    • Own the analysis and reporting of segments performance/insights for the category
    • Lead the global Adobe audience tagging implementation and guidelines for owned channels/platforms
    • Work closely with local markets to ensure the data and 1:1 strategies are successfully activated
    • Act as a global lead for troubleshooting activations and tests and seeing issues through to resolution
    • Develop an annual agenda for 1P data test and learn framework, working closely with market teams. Ensure learnings are scaled across brands and markets
    • Project Manage global data integrations where required

    Interfaces

    • Delivery responsibility to Foods and Refreshments digital and transformation teams
    • Will deliver multiple project simultaneously
    • Collaboration with DMP central team on model development
    • Be the key Interface between global digital/ media teams and local digital hubs for knowledge sharing /best practice

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

    • Min. 3-5 years of working experience in relevant functions
    • Understanding of audience development with DMPs, preferably Adobe Audience Manger
    • Understanding of Adobe Analytics
    • Understanding of effective 1:1 strategies (email, SMS etc)
    • Digital media background useful- understanding of programmatic and social media advertising
    • CRM experience as asset
    • Ecommerce experience as asset
    • Experience driving business value from consumer insights
    • Ability to work in cross functional and matrixed organisations
    • Self-motivated, articulate and ‘can-do’ attitude
