    Clinical Support Specialist Biosense Webster

    In this exciting role as Clinical Support Specialist within our Biosense Webster (BW) team you are responsible for providing full clinical support to all the Biosense Webster accounts within The Netherlands. You will work closely with the Sales Consultants to drive the business plan and collaborate with other internal departements to optimize customer experience and improve sales and take share opportunities.

    Reports to: Clinical Team Lead

    Your key responsibilities and the impact you will make:

    • Provide clinical support for Electrophysiology (EP) cases performed with the CARTO 3 Navigation System
    • Deliver customer training plan and transfer knowledge to empower customers to use BW products optimally
    • Achieve commercial targets to increase catheter utilization to boost sales and to gain market share
    • Follow required trainings programs to develop and maintain knowledge
    • Collaborate with internal colleagues to develop innovative initiatives to achieve the sales goals & objectives
    • Execute on key marketing strategies to successfully roll out new product introductions
    • Maintain and develop long term relationships with KOLs and strategically important clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
    • Develop in-depth understanding of needs of customers on all levels, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, in order to develop tailored solutions which will improve the sales
    • Identify industry trends and insightful competitive information and maintain a deep knowledge of competitor's products and strategies in the local market
    • Adopt Credo based principles in all interactions with internal and external customers

    Must haves: to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume:

    • Minimum Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering, technical medicine or similar
    • 3 years of proven experience within the medical device field and/or cardiology
    • Proficient in Dutch and English
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships and can easily gain trust
    • Learning agility: can quickly gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the Electrophysiology (EP) lab setting
    • Self-disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives
    • Highly motivated person and strong desire to succeed in a fast paced environment
    • Great teammate and independent problem solver
    • Ability to positively influence thinking, behavior and gain commitment
