    Clinical Diagnostics help the world to became healthier in this pandemic by supporting clinicians in monitoring sepsis patients and providing Quality controls to labs to help securing results of Covid-19.

    Responsibilities and tasks

    Major Responsibilities

    • Responsible for mainly Laboratory sales Instruments and Reagents . Please see (total Product portfolio of Clinical Diagnostics area such as Therapeutic drug monitoring, Drugs of abuse, QC, Clinical Chemistry and Analyzers and Biomarkers)
    • into Clinical Hospitals and private labs throughout Netherlands
    • Day to day sales activities to ensure good coverage of the territory and the effective identification of new opportunities
    • Be personally accountable for the delivery of the product contribution to the Annual Operating Plan
    • Being responsible for product specific Focus accounts in Netherlands

    Major Tasks

    • Participate on end-customer meetings independently and with team members when needed
    • Manage/being part of exhibitions (CDD or together with other Thermo Fisher Scientific business)
    • Participation in congresses (local/international) due to yearly business plan
    • Collaborating independently and with IVD partners in tenders and contacts
    • Support the sales team colleagues to capture new opportunities and increase penetration of existing accounts as well as focus accounts
    • Quotations and tender offers
    • Reporting on daily basis in CRM system

    We are looking for a person with experience from successfully selling products in the healthcare market, preferable in the laboratory field. Excellent communication and social skills, and proven ability to establish contacts and maintain good long-term relationship with customers are also important in this role.


    • Academic degree, BSc. in science
    • Sales experience from Life Science
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, oral and written
    • Valid driver’s license for vehicles
    • Sales experience within Clinical Laboratory, or work experience from these Laboratories, will be highly valued
    • Good knowledge in relevant IT-tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
