Thanks to your specific clinical knowledge on ventilation in ICU, you are responsible for clinical application of our Hospital Respiratory Care portfolio in the Benelux region, with primary focus on The Netherlands.

    You are responsible for

    • PromotIng Philips Hospital Respiratory Care solutions in individual customer visits, product

    • demonstrations, seminars and trade shows

    • Demonstration, presentations, onsite demo support and custom-made application and configuration support

    • Perform after sales installation training

    • Providing information about market trends, competitors sales practices and potential projects,

      and ensure customer satisfaction

    • Cooperating with the support department and exchange all relevant information about defective products and customer needs

    • Cooperating with product management for feedback on products

    • Developing new growth opportunities in installed base

    • Creating and managing sales opportunities in

    • Promoting Philips proprietary technology to benefit medical consumables (masks, tubings) sales

    • Support indirect channel partner with product training, problem solving, joint visits

    You are part of

    a multidisciplinary team “From Hospital to Home” and work closely with several key roles within the Benelux Connected Care team, such as key account managers, modality sales specialists monitoring, clinical application specialists monitoring, clinical specialists home ventilation, MA&TC operations manager, field service engineers, marketing managers. In this role you report into the SRC leader Benelux.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Bachelor or Master’s Degree ( ICU-nurse, Ventilation Practitioner is a strong preference)
    • 3 years of experience with ventilated patients in ICU
    • Familiar with presenting for several sized groups, and providing training and education
    • Commercial talents such as active listening, effective communication, relationship building
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluency in both verbal and written Dutch and English
    • Work in a structured way (projects)
    • Proficient in problem solving and decision making
    • Enthusiastic and motivated team-player, and also being able to work independently
    • Display our key behaviors customers first, quality and integrity always, team up to win, take ownership to deliver fast, eager to improve and inspire
