As an Technical Client Lead you will support Kyndryl’s consistent growth by providing architectural advice & solution strategies to address clients' strategic business imperatives. You will support Business Development Client Leader during opportunity identification in Strategic New Accounts; acts as an integrator of Kyndryl technical community during client meetings. You will play a key part in shaping complex, multi-tower deals in Strategic New Accounts & driving solution strategy with support from Solutioning Team.
You will engage with our clients as technical subject matter expert and:
Participate in key client meetings as technical solution expert
Enable proactive campaigns relating to capabilities and services offered by Kyndryl
Monitor technical trends and business needs of clients and identify implications for clients
You will work closely with Business Development teams, providing technical support, developing collateral showcasing technical capabilities for client meetings and help shape complex, multi-tower deals. You will act as a bridge between Business Development & Solutioning/Specialty teams and Support the Delivery Team in deliver new solutions to our clients, act as trusted advisor during project delivery.
You will work with our clients to understand their challenges, their vision and solutions requirements. Based on this, you will identify implications for offering roadmap and create a winning technical solution strategy.
You will be able to seamlessly translate between business and technical requirements, have deep technical experience and be able to engage at architect / solution level and act as leader for key domain experts and you will need deep industry knowledge in at least one, preferably two verticals (Financial Services, TelCo/Media/Entertainment Government/Defence, Health Care/Life Sciences, Chemical/Petroleum, Industrial, Retail Consumer Products)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Deep industry knowledge in at least one, preferably two verticals (Financial Services, TelCo/Media/Entertainment Government/Defence, Health Care/Life Sciences, Chemical/Petroleum, Industrial, Retail Consumer Products)
Extensive experience in consultative sales in medium to large sized and complex organizations
Experience in architecting hybrid cloud solutions using Microsoft, Amazon and /or Google technology
Experience in Enterprise Architecture
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Competitive knowledge of the latest technological trends
Experienced in large scale managed infrastructure services transformation deals
About Business UnitThis position currently sits within Global Technology Services (GTS) Infrastructure Services (IS) or a shared services function supporting GTS.
As announced in October 2020, IBM intends that its managed infrastructure services business of the GTS organization will become an independent company named Kyndryl by the end of 2021, creating two distinct and powerful market-leading companies.
