Due to rapid growth, we are now looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team and work directly with some of the coolest start-ups, scale-ups and companies in town.

    Your role

    In this role you'll be working closely with the General Manager and Client Succes Manager to support internationals from all over the world who are moving to The Netherlands & UK

    You’ll be working with some of the coolest start-ups and scale-ups in town and partner directly with their HR teams. You’ll prepare and submit the visa applications and manage the complete process from start to finish. You’ll maintain communication with clients to ensure they are always up to date about the status and next steps, deliver expert consultative advice, respond to client queries, ensuring a full understanding of the issues and carry out effective resolution when required.

    You’ll ensure our processes are compliant and GDPR proof and help drive best practices to enable our clients to attract and retain top talent from all over the world. Additionally you’ll also help create informative and fun to read content for our platform, support with events and community management activities.

    As we are a small yet rapidly growing start-up you will furthermore have the ability to get involved in all other aspects of growing a value driven start-up, so no need to worry that you’ll ever get bored.

    What are we looking for?

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with immigration, international people Ops (HR), and/or global talent mobility in the Netherlands
    • Previous experience in a scale-up environment and/or Big4
    • A team player with a positive mindset who gets things done;
    • An organised mind, a social brain and a natural instinct for great customer service;
    • Excellent communication in English (near-native);
    • You easily connect with new people, you are professional, effective and empathetic
    • Proactive, and you enjoy multitasking and managing a full workload of diverse tasks
    • Experience with content creation and community management
    • Tech savvy, process driven and eager to solve problems;

    Preferable (not a must)

    • Previously lived/worked overseas
    • Experience with HR/Mobility in the UK
    • The more languages, the better : )
