(COO) Luxury Fashion Company (small scale)
Full time (maternity leave cover 7 months with possible extension)
To support the ongoing growth of our business, we are looking for a person who will be able to drive the further development of our teams, processes and service levels to continuously meet and exceeds customers’ expectations. You will be managing the operations and supply chain of our organization, of which the key departments are: order intake/ customer service, buying, production, logistics and warehousing. Together, these teams make sure that goods are delivered on time to our customers across the different channels (Wholesale, B2C and our own store). You will also be responsible for contract management with key focus on cost control and efficiency. For this role we are looking for a senior leader with experience in a similar role within the fashion industry. This role reports directly to the owner of our organization.
Accountable for on time availability of products in our warehouse
Ensure on time delivery of orders to our customers across the different channels, through pro-active working with different stakeholders within our organization and external (wholesale) customers
Focus on pro-active management of future needs and day to day cost control and efficiencies.
Ensure that our internal eCommerce, supply chain organization, and store operations align with all fulfilment activities.
Responsible for the development of the teams through active coaching, achieving goals and develop necessary skills to be a reliable business partner, as a team, to relevant internal stakeholders.
Drive continues enhancements in supply chain through identifying and initiating improvements and best practices;
Participate and initiate in the development of supply chain strategic plans, goals, and objectives
10+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role within an international fashion industry;
Proven track record in leading and developing teams in a changing environment;
Demonstrate a support for internal organizations by fostering effective communication and promoting relationship building initiatives
Track record of working cross-functionally with a focus on fulfilment operations, information technology, and merchandise planning
Experience in digitalization within supply chain/operations.

Dutch language would be a plus, but not a necessity
