Successful candidates will be joining an existing team of Chat Moderators to build the community spirit on our tombola bingo and arcade site. If you have the ability to talk in your sleep and have great communication skills, then you might just be what we are looking for. Candidates will start a 2-week training program to learn the tombola Chat way of working. Excellent in written and spoken Dutch and ability to communicate in English is important for this position. * About the Company: * Founded in 2000, tombola is the largest bingo site in the UK, with more players than any other bingo site. tombola develops and produces all of its original bingo software and arcade games in-house and employs over 700 people in the UK and Europe. tombola has grown considerably as a result of its expertise in bingo, its focus on the provision of an entertainment service in order to retain customers and enhance customer loyalty and generally promoting responsible gambling by setting maximum deposit limits per week per player. The company introduced arcade which includes slot games into the product mix in 2016 and operates only in territories that are legal. Tombola is one of the leading online bingo companies in Spain, Italy, Denmark and Sweden with offices in Milan, Madrid, Copenhagen and Gibraltar. It has plans to expand into more new international territories. First new territory to open is the Netherlands, launching October 1st, 2021, when the new online gambling regulation will be effective.

Flexible and adaptable – It’s not about gymnastics but more so the ability to respond to change. This can be planned weeks ahead or with a second’s notice.We try to make it look all calm and collected…it’s not always the case, but it keeps us on our toes
Dependable – we pride ourselves in being there for our members 24/7, so we need people who can be here whatever the time of day or night
You will use the above to:
Have expert knowledge of the tombola site and games
Be fully aware and follow Chat Moderator procedures and follow chat guidelines
Welcome players into our chat rooms, participate in conversation, strike up conversations, offer help, answer player questions, and encourage player participation
Welcome new players into chat room and congratulate winners by name

The contractual hours for the positions relating to this advert will be 32 hours per week (+ other hours if available).
All shift patterns include weekend working.
Successful candidates must have an appropriate workspace and equipment – Laptop / Desktop / alongside a suitable home office area with desk and adjustable chair. Should you be successful throughout interview, prior to an offer being made, photographs of your workspace and equipment will be requested in line with Health & Safety and Regulations.
Successful candidates will also require a high-speed broadband connection.
