    Channel Sales Representative

    Company description:

    Job responsibilities:
    1.  Making regular visits to partners to develop positive working relationships and providing current information about new products and enhancements;
    2. Ensuring proper stock of products for the respective accounts;
    3. Developing process improvements to optimize partner management activities;
    4. Working with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and prices;
    5. Evaluating partner sales performance and recommend improvements;
    6. Forecasting all revenue, product, and budgetary expectations for each account in Channel/Distribution sales;
    7. Meeting or exceeding assigned quota;
    8. Staying up to date with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities;
    9. Participating and contribute to the company’s channel/distribution sales program, where necessary;
    10. Addressing partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner;
    11. Reviewing the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and competition;
    12. Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to continually refine and improve our market position; assisting in the development of messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions, and necessary marketing plans;
    13. Working with Finance to resolve credit issues and keep accounts in good standing;
    14. Analyzing sales statistics, market conditions, and competitive landscape;
    15. Conducting regular business plan reviews with customers to ensure company goals and strategies are understood, achieved, and implemented. 


    Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Systems or Business is required; 
    2. An interest in surveillance products and solutions;
    3. Proven working experience in related industry is a plus;
    4. A great passion for sales, and a good understanding of it, as well as some technical background;
    5. Exceptional communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is a strong plus;
    6. You work well under pressure;
    7. Well target reorganization and orientation;
    8. You must be located in the Benelux (work in Hoofddorp NL Office);
    9. A valid Driving License is required.
