    Change Manager


    applying your skills in change management to ensure successful implementation of the core strategy of Rabobank’s Risk Management organization. Imagine developing the change agenda, creating change and communication material, and coordinating the rollout of these activities across the world.     At Rabobank, we are currently working on structurally improving the heart of our bank, the credit risk domain. To achieve this improvement, we are looking for a Change Manager with project management affinity who can be the driving force behind a worldwide transformation within the Wholesale & Rural domain. Working together with teams across the world to implement the change agenda of the CreditCore program. Enabling the business in their new way-of-working.

    Making a difference

    • Manage the change agenda for CreditCore W&R;
    • Coordinate the change agenda together with regions around the world;
    • Guide change management activities, such as the creation and deployment of communication activities;
    • Support the team with project management activities;
    • Coordinate an international ambassador network;
    • Coordinate and development of the training program and create and provide workshops to engage our stakeholders.

    The vacancy role concerns a period of 1 year due to length of the program. After this period the Rabobank will discuss the possibilities for a permanent internal position with you.

    Within your role you will be responsible for change management within a worldwide business transformation. Managing the change agenda and identifying the need of our stakeholders. Structuring the change activities by working together with regions across the world you will play an important role in the success of this implementation.     With you

    Naturally, organizational sensitivity, being pro-active, and having a pragmatic approach are indispensable for a Change Manager. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the following:

    • A completed master's degree in, for example, Business Administration, Human Resources or Organizational Psychology;
    • Experienced in change management delivery on both operational and strategic level, including knowledge of change management methodologies
    • 4+years of relevant work experience, preferably in change management roles;
    • Knowledge and experience of large scale change programs across different business units;
    • Experience in the coordination and development of training programs;
    • Experience in project management and structuring your environment;
    • An excellent command of the Dutch and English language;

    • a gross monthly salary between € 3.714,13 and € 6.322,94 (JG 9 or 10) (classification depends on education, knowledge and experience);

    • an Employee Benefit Budget of 10% of your monthly salary based on scale. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout;
    • a personal budget that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career;
    • flexible working times and location-independent working;
    • A pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 5%.
