With as purpose to make the positive impact for our people, our company and ultimately our customers.
You will be owning the Connected Care (CC) Change Management strategy and execution, reporting into the CC Business Transformation Leader with a functional line to the Change Management Practice Leader. You will be working closely together with different senior business partners such as the Communications Business Partner(s), HR Business Partner(s), the CC Business Transformation team, the CC Integration Management Office, Program/Project Managers, Philips Transformation Program(s) Change Managers and Philips Implementation Office (PIO) team.
You are responsible for leading and executing the change results to drive adoption and a balanced change, based on the Connected Care transformation agenda, using the standard Philips change management methodology. In addition, you are supporting the leaders and key roles in the organization to build their proficiency in leading and managing change & transition.
As part of the Connected Care organization:
Lead the development and execution of the Change Management Strategy for the CC transformation roadmap:
Build, maintain and drive the change management strategy and plan
Collaborate with Communications, HR and Business Transformation Business Partner(s) to drive engagement within the organization
Team-up with CC programs to drive the change management deliverables for CC specific programs
Collaborate with Philips Transformation programs and Philips Implementation Office teams to drive the change activities
Drive the activation of CC networks together with CC programs/CC leadership team
Support in measuring the adoption of the transformations/new ways of working
Drive behavioral interventions / team dialogues to bring people along on the journey
Engage with senior leaders, collaborate with Program (Change) Managers/PIO teams, and enable local counterparts (e.g. Project Managers) to co-create and deliver change plans.
Coordinate and support the CC change team including the integration change managers
Develop the change management proficiency of leaders, program teams and key stakeholders within CC through role modeling, use of standard methodology, training and interventions.
As part of the global Change Management Community:
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Change Management Community of Practice.
Lead Change Management training sessions in collaboration with Change Management Practice.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
10+years working in Change Management and Transformation programs.
Experience in setting the change strategy/direction and leading change on large-scale global transformation programs incl applying change management methodologies and tools.
Experience in leading change teams (directly or indirectly).
Excellent communication and partner leadership skills across all audiences, ability to speak with authority and clarity to deliver impact.
Honed influencing skills across all levels of organization.
Cross-cultural and interpersonal skills to navigate a global context and mentor others on effective interactions.
Affinity and/or trained in application of Lean and Agile principles and tools.
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and operating in a matrix organization
Proficient in English is a must, other languages are an advantage.
Experience with Agile Change Management is an advantage.
