YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who is excited to support our ambitious people goals for Customer Fulfilment department. The Customer Fulfilment (CFF) department is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing in reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organisation with an end-to end, customer centric approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.

This assignment means you will:
- Coach and guide managers on all employee related topics such as absence, growth opportunities, own your career, performance management
- Work with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts in HR (recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development and HR innovations)
- Support business leaders in leadership and people matters by providing daily HR guidance and advice.
- Secure and follow up that the function is working in line with the mandatory elements of People & Culture strategy to secure compliance and a consistent execution of the framework and policies.
- Being a Strategic People & Culture partner to the CFF managers, aligning and translating strategic business objectives & initiatives to People & Culture requirements
- Responsible for coordinating leadership and succession for the country CFF organisation
- Networks with stakeholders across the country organisation, both P&C and other functions, to proactively drive shift in perspective toward “total business mindset”
- Key speaking part for CFF Unit P&C Managers in ensuring they are fully supported and transmits their needs both to Country P&C functions, Group CFF P&C matric and Group P&C Centre of Expertise as relevant as well as ensuring they learn about the Retail organisation, and understand their role and contribution in the new set up
