In this role you will work as representative in the Competence Center as Logistics Analyst, leading in a diversity of projects, (data) analyses, dashboard, creating (power Bi) and using the outcomes of these areas to analyze, identify problems, make recommendations and lead the implementations.

Create and maintain Power BI dashboard for logistic department;
Support/lead operational processes by providing reports and insights based on data analysis. Master the ability to analyse, and if needed combine, data from different sources (i.e. TMS / OBIEE / WMS), draws conclusions and set actions based on the analysis;
Drive/support key process changes and projects that require high level of data analysis. Prepare business cases that are required for operational efficiency improvement or cost savings (E.G. warehouse operations improvement, transport improvements, end to end supply chain network improvements);
Monitors operations centrally and in the regional warehouse. in close contact with 3rd party suppliers (3PL). Responsible for monitoring (carrier) performance, budget control and cost saving. Recognizes areas of improvement and set the necessary actions in motion to realize these;
Analyze the operations in the own and 3PL organization in order to support the future developments while constantly looking for “process improvements”;
Work in close collaboration with the internal and external parties on future implementation of services. Assure that all activities related to the warehouse and Canon TMS are correctly incorporated in the implementation process;
Provides clear data analysis in support of the realization of Strategic directions of Canon and European operational projects (Projects space utilization and cost analyses);
Ability to be flexible in fulfilling daily ad-hoc request from both management and/or operations.
Initiating, implementing, and participating in cross-divisional projects to further improve the organisation’s Supply Chain, resulting in increased efficiency, lower costs, and increased customer satisfaction;
Gather business requirements and drive projects to completion within scope and time. Ensure appropriate hand over to standing organization;
Improve, develop and design processes and procedures as part of the projects;
Communicate periodically on project progress to all relevant stakeholders.

You are the candidate we are looking for if you have:
Good analytical skills;
Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in the field of Logistic operations;
Skilled in communicating effectively in verbal and written expression;
Knowledge of principles and practices of management science including problem-solving and decision-making;
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational behavior including organizational structure;
Previous experience or affiliation in logistic analytics;
Good understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain structures;
Good knowledge in: Microsoft Power BI, and PowerPoint, Excel;
Ability to understand, explain and apply the procedures, specifications, standards and guidelines governing assigned activities;
Capacity to analyze and determine the applicability of data to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations;
Ability to understand processes and design accurate creative solutions in a presentable manner.
