Our European Campaign Manager will work directly with our eCommerce, Content, Email and Visual Media teams to assist with the roll-out of timely and relevant content across advertising, merchandising and customer experiences. Your role is to see our marketing team’s content from a 10,000 foot view point, creating a consistent narrative about Rad Power Bikes Europe to the customer. In this role you have to find the right tool, channel, content and audience to funnel all 3 stages of the sales funnel. This role requires a high level of collaboration, time and project management skills and networking. You won’t create content, your role is to stitch your colleagues work together into a seamless customer experience (pre-sales).
Why You’re Rad (about you):
5+ years of experience in digital marketing
Prior experience using qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing with the end goal being increasing the site’s conversion rate
Previous experience using A/B testing and continually measuring the performance of these conversion assets
Experience creating and evaluating the success of paid marketing campaigns & product launches
Experience in project management
Ability to keep up with current knowledge of online advertising trends
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
Impeccable oral & written communication skills (English + 1 European language)
Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing analytics practices
Experience partnering with agency partners
