The Campaign Manager Amazon at Miele X is responsible to plan, prepare, rollout and monitor the Miele’s campaigns through the online partners’ platforms and reports directly to the Head of Channel Management. The role will make sure the brand and the promotional message is correctly delivered in a premium, efficient and consistent way in the key markets. The Campaign Manager works in tight collaboration with internal departments like Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Business Units, Data Analytics, eCommerce, the local branches, advertising agencies as well as also with Miele’s subject-matter experts.
The role’s ambition is to increase the Miele’s brand and product visibility in a sustainable and strategic way to pursue the growth plan.
Be the main point of contact for the Amazon advertising and promotional strategy.
Liaise with local branches, business units and brand management to arrange visibility campaigns to support awareness, growth, better positioning and competitor advantage.
Stay in touch with Amazon Advertising departments, along with local branches, to prepare campaigns (e.g. product launches, commercial events like Black Friday). While continuously optimizing internal processes and relationships with involved business units.
Constantly read, analyze, present and share relevant data, insights and learnings with internal stakeholder in order to adopt a continuous improvement approach.
Work together with Digital Marketing team to structure thoughtful digital campaigns through different channels and to achieve an end to end commerce experience.
Ideally university degree in communication or a similar experience within a related field.
Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry, market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge.
5+ years experience working with/for digital agencies or digital marketing departments.
Knowledge of Amazon Advertising platforms, Criteo, Performance tools, Google Analytics, … would represent a plus.
Strong communication and relationship skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude and experienced in agile ways of working as well as being an assertive team-player with project management skills, an international mindset, and fluent in business English (business level).
