Business Transformation Services (BTS) is part of SAP Services organization. It is a global organization consisting of central expertise teams and of local customer centric teams. The core mission of BTS is to drive the digitalization agenda of our customers through designing and implementing Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps. Management consulting, business value generation, business & process model redesign and organizational change management are in BTS’s DNA.
Curently we are looking for an additional Services Architecture Expert with expertise in the Logistics domain - with the experience and the knowledge to cover these processes end-to-end (Source-to-Pay, Design-to-Operate, partially Order-to-Cash).

Expertise in business process optimization, business case building, IT architecture and roadmap design
Clarifies existing expectations from various stakeholders with the customer; creates a path to solution which integrates diverse points of views and which serves as a starting point for future business. Collaborates with customer / SAP team for the best customer outcome through a SAP implementation
Being sales savvy: expertise in acting as Pursuit Architect - proactively finding opportunities, pitching on C-level and supporting during bid/sales trajectories
Designs the interaction of business (processes) and IT in the enterprise for maximum outcome, covering industry, corporate functions / LoB, as well as the impact for organizations and processes
Defines the strategic, conceptual and organizational boundaries for the design of the SAP-centric IT landscape
Stays abreast with newest developments driving the Digital Transformation as well as the top business trends; uses this knowledge to drive the SAP innovation story with customer engagements
Influences SAP’s customers to maximize their investment into SAP solutions and effectively increasing cloud adoption
Contributes to and has a vision for project- & program set-ups, ensures SAP technologies are leveraged and key artifacts & associated governance is in place to keep programs on track and to avoid SAP product related escalations
Troubleshoots key customer issues and demonstrates ability to drive to successful resolution
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Minimal Bachelor degree or equivalent preferably in engineering and business/economics
Current knowledge of IT trends and their impact on business strategies with specific focus on the latest SAP solutions i.e. S/4 HANA, SAP SaaS solutions and SAP Leonardo (e.g. IoT, Machine Learning)
Excellent communication (written and verbal) & presentation skills (both in English and Dutch)
Leadership skills to create a vision and put this into action with a team
DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a balance of the following:
At least 10-15 years of relevant and extensive business process experience
Significant experience in developing business in management consulting and system integration
Broad experience of SAP's portfolio and at least with depth for one line-of-business (e.g. procurement or manufacturing) or industry solutions
Development of business benefit cases for securing investment in major IT programs
Project- or Program management
