    Business Project Manager Risk

    As a Business Project Manager Risk, you will support the Analytics Department in the execution of challenging and complex multidisciplinary projects like adjusting the DLL models to the new definition of default.

    Day to day

    • Defining the business project plan including the deliverables and timelines
    • Coordination with the work stream leads / participants on the execution and status of the deliverables
    • Coordination with the IT project managers for the IT implementation
    • Monitor overall project progress, organize and participate in daily stand up meeting
    • Deliver the business progress report, prepare standard and ad hoc updates for internal Committees, Rabobank and the Regulator and ensure documentation thereof
    • Develop and manage communication with internal stakeholders, Rabobank and the Regulator
    • Deliver content for some of the project deliverables.
    • Ensure that the project documentation (including minutes) is complete and up to date

    Essentials

    • A master’s degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent post – graduate education
    • Working experience preferably in the Financial Industry
    • Strong project management skills and knowledge of the Agile and Scrum ways of working (Scrum Master certification is a plus)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Team player, but self-reliant in approach
    • Analytical skills

    Extras:

    • Knowledge of the Basel accord and of CRD/CRR is recommended
    • (Vendor Finance) Leasing knowledge is an asset
    • Experience with successfully embedding policies, procedures, and processes into a multi-national organization
    • Experience working in a global environment
