    Business Procurement Manager - C&S

    The Business Procurement Manager C&S supports on delivering the key category strategies to maximize value for the company and partnering with Category Procurement to generate shared value from supplier relationships. He/She is responsible for the Corporate & Support Function, which is a broad network containing a diverse set of stakeholders at different levels and departments, covering a spend of 400M Euro Yearly.     Vacancy description

    This role is focused on the following areas:

    Demand Management

    • Creates models for demand management and continuously improves them.
    • Engage the business to optimize business demand and develop strategic demand plan for Travel/QAQC/Consultancy/Real Estate/Insurance

    Category strategy development

    • Is responsible for creating business-focused procurement strategies that fit business needs.
    • Drive and implement successful integrated sourcing strategies, aligning business goals and customer requirements with supply market capabilities

    Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Management

    • Defines and aligns the sourcing pipeline, workplan and project scope. * Co-leads the team in priority setting and deployment of resources.

    Supplier Management

    • Is responsible for multiple supplier relationships and drives SRM in own area.

    Project Implementation

    • Leads projects with rigor and strong alignment, ensures timely planning and execution.

    Quality & Risk Management

    • Represents BG in some of the quality and risk boards and ensures contingency plans are in place.

    Contract Management

    • Leads the implementation, creation, finalization and performance of contracts

    Stakeholder Management

    • Actively aligns with senior stakeholders on strategy, priorities and the allocation of resources.
    • Ensure to build and maintain good relationships at both tactical and strategic level and seek approval on strategies, roadmaps and program management activities

    Key Deliverables:

    • Management of procurement activities across spend categories
    • Business Net Promotor Score
    • Value metrics: Hard Savings, Value Add, Payment term improvement
    • SRM process in place
