Our client is looking for a Business Process Analyst. Technology and digitalization are vital in the company plans for growth and future service delivery. To further strengthen the team, they offer an opportunity for an energetic person with technical awareness, who can take part in developing their technical platform and digital services. In this role you will be part of the Technology Team (8 colleagues). You will contribute to new digital projects and in your workday will act across the organization to support and strengthen our digital efforts with insight, standardizations and facilitate optimizations. You will be part of the Change Advisory Board and the Master Data Team to being of maximal influence on process governance.
As Business Process Analysts you know how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate and ideally you have an understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML and others.
Responsible for the corporate process governance
Identify and document key business processes
Map as-is and to-be business processes, identify gaps and define KPI’s
Analyze data and run workshops to identify improvement areas across business areas
Understand background and root cause issues using relevant mechanisms – e.g Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques like Flowchart, VSM, RASCI, and SIPOC
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes achieves the desired results and service levels
Quantify improvement areas
Understand current barriers of creating a continuous improvement culture and develop innovative solutions to overcome
Support the development of the innovation funnel for the Digital team
Develop and implement Standard Ways of Working in our systems
Act as a lean facilitator by supporting various stakeholders of improvement projects and make sure that the change happens
Relevant Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience
Lean/Six Sigma Certification, BPM Certification would be an advantage
Competences: Strong in facilitation, Project management, Senior stakeholder management
Excellent level of English, strong written and verbal communication skills

40 hours per week, 32 hours could be discussed
Salary from: €3200,-
Salary to: €4000,-
