Business Line Manager Asset Integrity Management – Arnhem
How your day looks like
You main task is building a service package based on our network of engineering skills, reliability solutions, asset data and risk management;
You also implement the service solutions in accordance to corporate strategic objectives, industry standards and customer expectations;
You actively lead to ensure that team functional responsibilities are performed in line with customers' expectations;
You also manage projects and lead the team through goal development, performance management, workflow processes, standards, procedures, specifications, and safety regulations;
You are responsible for active communication and information about our AIM services, both externally and internally.
What we expect from you
Business degree in Engineering (BSc / MSc / PhD) and experience in Project Management;
Several years of experience within Process Industry, Power Generation or Bulding & Infrastructure;
Good understanding of Asset Management, Product Lifecycle Management and Conditioning Monitoring;
Expertise or Knowledge about material degradation mechanisms like corrosion, erosion and crack propagation;
Expertise or Knowledge about risk definitions, calculations and Risk Management, also so called RBI in conntection to e.g. Process Safety;
Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to create good contacts with colleagues, customers and stakeholders;
Fluency in English.
