    Business & Improvement Analyst I Service & Repair

    A Day in the Life
    Within this role you ensure smooth S&R processes. You are accountable for the follow up of process related Issues within the agreed SLA and additional ad-hoc end-user support to ensure equipment uptime. Your expected to identify root-causes, to turn data into actions. You are the linking pin between several (in and external) departments and management to recommend and drive structural process improvements in scope for S&R, by using Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.

    TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensure service levels are consistently delivered upon targets;
    • Constantly challenge service levels and benchmark with customer experience/expectation;
    • Constantly analyses where processes can be optimized to improve operational and financial efficiency;
    • Train on resources on processes and systems (Validate and monitors end-user knowledge, to enable users to use processes and system as expected);
    • Being the operational SME in Service & Repair related Projects;
    • Support Country Leads in process related challenges;
    • Issue management, coordination of priorities;
    • Coordination of operational escalations within Service & Repair EMEA team.
    Must Haves
    • Bachelor or Master degree;
    • Fluent in English language in word and writing;
    • Computer literacy (MS-Office and preferably SAP / ERP);
    • SAP PM / SAP MM/ SAP WM knowledge;
    • ServiceNow knowledge;
    • Lean Six Sigma Experience (Green Belt certified or trained);
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Flexible, Dedicated and Determined;
    • Experience in Service Environments is a pre.
    Nice to Haves
    • To be successful in this role you are an analyst with a strong passion for continuous improvement and change, this with a strong focus on execution;
    • You have a hands-on mentality combined with strong analytical and data-driven skills, able to simplify complicated concepts.
