What you’ll do
As Business Development Representative you will be part of the Voice Sales team, located in Breda (HQ). The Voice team focuses on the Dutch VoIP market. Our proposition offers solutions for various organisations, like enterprises, software and ICT companies, SaaS and customer contact organizations.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospects and it’s your responsibility to gather intelligence and profile relevant prospects and turn them into opportunities. You will focus on prospecting outbound leads as well as qualifying inbound marketing leads. You search for, find, target, generate and qualify leads (including ‘cold’ leads), based on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. You excel in spotting the perfect organizations and contacts.
You will work closely together with the (Field) Account Executives in your team (who will be responsible for closing business) and with Marketing and report to the team’s Sales Lead.
In addition to this, you are mainly concerned with:
developing C-level business opportunities by finding smart leads and team up with relevant colleagues for follow-up;
follow-up of inbound leads through a variety of tools like, phone, video call, email and social channels;
identifying key decision makers and find out the budget when you are talking to potential customers;
organize (online) demo appointments with prospects;
arranging appointments / meetings for your colleague (Field) Account Executives;
successfully handle and overcome prospect rejections and objections;
prepare pipeline and forecasts reports;
online consultancy calls with multiple decision makers of prospects and partners;
ensure that our CRM is always up to date;
daily helicopter view to see which leads need attention or action.
The success in your role is reflected in the number of sales ready leads and opportunities you are able to create.

What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or similar field or study;
Minimum of 3 years’ (direct) sales experience, including cold interactions;
Passionate about sales and a commercial mindset;
Proven sales track record;
Excellent communication skills, in English and Dutch;
Good analytical skills and you’re able to value leads and identify opportunities;
Great social and convincing skills;
You are energetic, proactive and highly motivated to realize results;
Experience within the technology markets SaaS, CPaaS or UCaas / VoIP / customer contact software is a distinct advantage;
Experience with the SaaS Sales methodology is preferable.
