    Job Description

    For our EV Charging Solutions Team, we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to advance the growth of our business.

    The main responsibilities are:

    • Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system
    • Construct in accordance with your analysis business development strategies and sales plans
    • Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: EV OEM, Utility, Charging Point Operator
    • Develop strong relationships with key customers by acting as account manager
    • Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
    • Negotiate contracts
    • Pipeline project management
    • Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership
    • Represent Delta in the Central Eastern European countries, Iberian, and Italian markets energy storage associations, conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events
    • Interact with management across delta organization

    • At least 3-5 years technical sales experience in electric vehicle charging solution or battery energy storage business
    • Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes
    • Technical knowledge of EVCS, Power Conditioning System, and Battery Energy Storage system
    • Excellent English communications skills; Slavic, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French language skills are a plus.
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships
    • Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
