    Business Development Manager

    Neuroscience Business Franchise is currently looking for a new colleague with a creative and competitive mindset to join the Neuroscience Team as (Junior) Business Development Manager Neuroscience.

    Main responsibilities within this position are:
    • Ensuring readiness of accounts for our launching brands.
    • Ensuring correct usage of our launching brand within the accounts.
    • Alignment on engagement with team of Development Managers and Omni-Channel team.
    • Gain insights on customer needs and market dynamics.

    Minimum requirements

    • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the pharma industry preferable in a commercial role;
    • In-depth knowledge of the Dutch healthcare landscape and experience in working with the most typical stakeholders;
    • Excellent in building customer relations by understanding and supporting in the challenges and needs of their customers;
    • Team player with a sense for cross-functional success;
    • Creative and curious in identifying innovative partnerships with concrete win-win-win outcomes.
    • Fluent in Dutch and good in English (oral and written);
