    Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, high-performance organization in a diverse team working with ground-breaking technology! There is an exciting opportunity to join the Key Account for one of our key customers as a business development manager. Come and drive Ericsson's effort to capture the market for 4G and 5G (local) networks with our key Dutch Customer! You will be accountable for generating deep end-customer insights in the enterprise business unit of our key customer, act as a liaison for various B2B departments (e.g. Mobile Products & Strategy, Enterprise sales teams & External Affairs) and driver for IoT and 5G Services. On top, you will become the program manager of the jointly established 5G HUB ( in Eindhoven. In this capacity you will lead a multidisciplinary team from Ericsson, our customer, High Tech Campus and Brainport Development and report to the senior steerco committee.

    The location of the position is Rijen. You will report to the Key Account Manager.

    You will

    • Develop and lead strategic partnerships with our key customer's B2B department and 5G HUB ecosystem partners to create a leading industry ecosystem
    • Build relations, engage and provide industry/partner sales support to the customer's B2B sales / products
    • Be in charge of customer engagements and related marketing initiatives
    • Ensure completion of high-quality partnership activities (e.g. partner investments, joint value proposition and business opportunities)

    To be successful in the role you must have

    • Techno-commercial competence – excellent business understanding and entrepreneurial and results-oriented attitude
    • Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
    • Good knowledge of the Telecom industry and ICT, digitalization and coming technologies such as 5G, Mobile Edge Compute and Internet of Things
    • Relevant knowledge of IOT and 5G services and related applications & use cases
    • Demonstrated capability to lead customer/partner engagements and establish relationships with senior management externally
    • Capability to manage a broad range of new areas with high levels of uncertainty
    • Solid analytical, business modeling and financial acuity
    • Proficiency in Dutch and English, written and spoken
