    Business Development Manager

    This is a great opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a company where you will have a meaningful impact on people all over the World. You will be joining one of the fastest growing SAAS automotive start-ups who received a huge investment last year and are looking to grow 10 times bigger over the next year. They are global leader within their market and are keen for a self-starter, ambitious and hungry salesperson to join them on their business venture.

    You will be part of a friendly and supportive team within a global organisation who have a global get together fortnightly to ensure you all move forward as one. They have an ethos where they do not care where you work from as long as the work is done and really believe in switching off and a great work life balance.

    • €44,000 to €66000+ uncapped commission
    • Remote working (ideally will be in the Amsterdam office 20% of your time)

    What you will have

    • Consistently exceeded previous sales targets.
    • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospect to closing.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling business services into SME and large businesses.
    • Experience onboarding clients and providing account management with larger clients.

    What you will do

    • Pursuing new prospects and selling solution into medium to large businesses.
    • Managing sales pipeline and being responsible for the full sales process.
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
    • Build value, relationships and create engagement.
    • Identify new markets and market shifts.
