    Business Development Manager

    Essilor International is the world leader for corrective lenses.     Currently, we are looking for Business Development Manager (Lisbon - Rio de Mouro) who is going to report to sales directorship, will support sales plans by addressing the commercial effort, targeting partners and clients, preparing sales tools and promos and monitoring performances.

    Main Objectives:
    Support Sales Plan implementation;

    Ensure coordination between Sales, Marketing and Customer Service;

    Follow-up implementation of the main actions and Sales KPI’s

    Ensure tactical and structural Customer Segmentation;

    Support the implementation of the main commercial actions linked with the Road Map Plan

    Key Activities

    Prepare tactical customer segmentation (prospecting, sow ….);

    Prepare contents of sales visits;

    Prepare sales tools for Sales Reps (presentations, canvas details, promo mechanisms, reporting for customers…)

    Follow-up the sales Performance & Sales Reporting;

    Create and follow up churn analysis and alert tools;

    Tracking of specific actions sales or Marketing;

    Follow up the implementation of actions and specific tracking;

    Centralize the POS knowledge data;

    Maintain customer segmentation;

    Support in organizing Sales & Marketing meetings;

    Market data and analysis;

    Requirements

    Academic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree (minimum);

    Excellent analytical and presentation skills;

    Team leadership skills and ability to build networks;

    Outstandingly organized and methodical;

    Communication & animation / support oriented

    Team and results oriented

    Excellent attention to detail

    Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship;

    Excellent level of English and Portuguese, spoken and written;

    Strong computer skills, mainly Google tools and Office;

    Required Know How/Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in the area (mandatory);

    Sales and or commercial cost controlling experience;

    Understanding of optical principles and business;

    Great Capability to analyse and synthesise a situation;

    Capability to work under guidelines (process oriented).
