    We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Rosmalen.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
    • To ensure that qualified Sales Leads within the CRM system (SalesForce Dot Com - SFDC) have a rolling value for 2 x the AOP

    Key Competencies

    • Self motivated in identifying new business end-users
    • Pro-actively works with marketing and the Territory Manager to develop qualified leads
    • Able to demonstrate a clear knowledge and understanding of HON Voice and solutions
    • Effectively manages the use of the Senior Business Consultant to maximise business outcomes and sales
    • Makes commercially sound recommendations to line manager
    • Strives to over-achieve for personal success
    • Continually seeks to improve self and team
    • Able to adapt the relevant communication style in order to persuade others to adopt a course of action
    • Constructively challenges others when required whilst still taking on their points of view
    • Socially confident and able to build rapport with customers and colleagues
    • Clear, concise written and oral communication skills
    • Has a structured approach to:

    - Initial customer contact from a qualified lead

    - Identified customer agenda and purpose for visit

    - Measurable outcomes from customer visits

    • Overall ability to plan, organise, prioritise and monitor


    • A proven track record of driving sales performance
    • Experience of sales and marketing in a B2B commercial sector
    • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Valid Driving License
    • Valid Passport
