For our young and passionate team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Business Development Analyst. Working in the Business Development team you will enable the continuous growth of HelloFresh. You will do so by leading various projects, distilling insights from big data and more.
More specifically, you will:
Lead cross-functional projects and motivate others to execute change. Projects often cover market expansion, new verticals, strategy or cross-functional improvements
Distill actionable insights from big data to improve business performance within domains such as Marketing and Operations
Proactively contribute to the HelloFresh growth strategy, bringing in external views and experience to grow and further professionalize HelloFresh
Are you our perfect new colleague?
You have a minimum of five years of working experience in Strategy Consulting or Business Development. As a strong communicator, you are not afraid of leading a team or a cross-functional project and know how to motivate others to reach their goals. You are eager to develop yourself and the people around you by actively looking for and sharing feedback. You are opportunity driven and always look for chances to improve HelloFresh. You like to work in a fast paced environment and continuously adapt to new business challenges. You will report to the Director of Business Development and work closely with colleagues in Amsterdam and abroad. You are very experienced in data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Excel and GSheets. Experience with Python or similar programming languages is a plus. Finally, you possess a University Master's degree and are fluent in English and preferably Dutch.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Then we proceed to the assessment stage, where you will perform an assessment to determine if you have the necessary skills for the job. After that, we will schedule an interview with the hiring team to get to know you better.
