For the Business Conduct team within the Corporate Legal and Business Conduct department we are looking for an outstanding business conduct counsel who will contribute to our global compliance programme. In this role you will be primarily responsible for the business partner compliance programme, which is part of FrieslandCampina’s overall compliance programme. It includes screening, monitoring and training of external business partners and also encompasses governance and contracting elements.
What we ask
A Master’s degree, preferably in law
A demonstrated interest in compliance and good business conduct
Between 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably related to ethics & compliance gained in a public, commercial or other professional organization
An influencer with good business sense having the ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
Comfortability assuming the role of mentor to internal business partners to achieve change in behavior
Affinity with IT tools and experience in using them in order to drive and support good business conduct
Experience in project management
Being confident assuming responsibility, regularly aligning with team members and regularly attuning with manager
Fluent in English and Dutch.

The Business Conduct team supports the FrieslandCampina group worldwide to conduct business in a responsible way. The team drives the compliance programme including the code of conduct and Speak Up procedure, as well as a number of compliance subjects such as fair competition (anti-trust), doing honest business (anti-bribery / anti-corruption), data protection and trade sanctions.
Your role will be to:
Continue to develop, roll-out and manage FrieslandCampina’s business partner programme within the FrieslandCampina group worldwide
Contribute to enhancing FrieslandCampina’s overall compliance programme including the anti-bribery/anti-corruption part of it
Support our internal business partners in embedding our compliance programme in daily business operations and achieving behavioral change
Assess and mitigate compliance risks with all categories of business partners
Provide compliance advice, support and training to the business and our external business partners
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to effectively promote and stimulate good business conduct within FrieslandCampina.
