    Business Analyst

    In this function you are responsible for maintaining the logistic contract database in close alignment with procurement and legal department. In this we expect you to be the first contact in case of knowledge and information from the contracts for internal stakeholders like management, internal control/compliance and operations.

    Next, you will work as representative in the Competence Center as Business analyst supporting/leading in a diversity of projects, (data) analyses, dashboard, creating (power Bi). You will use the outcomes of these areas to analyze, identify problems and make recommendations in a presentable slides to management.

    You will find yourself as a spider in the web in the multicultural logistic environments.

    In this exciting role you will:

    • Create and maintain Power BI dashboard for logistic department;
    • Manage and maintain Logistics’ contract repository and vendor database;
    • Create logistic library to store all processes and documents/business cases Improve (commercial) business processes within Logistics Business Operations;
    • Evaluation of existing vendors;
    • Work closely with Procurement, Legal, Transport team and WH Operations with regards to contract agreements and tender events;
    • Lead and coordinate the collection of specifications and content of EMEA tenders;
    • Create and support in creating department and management presentations;
    • Organize departmental meetings and keep track of running developments;
    • Ensure that correct and timely information is provided to Management;
    • Provide on-going updates, analysis and reports to Management;
    • Communicate monthly, quarterly and annual contract status and actions to be taken;
    • Provides back-up for management connected procedures.

    You are the candidate we are lookinf for if you have:

    • Good analytical skills;
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in the filed of Supply chain management;
    • Skilled in communicating effectively in verbal and written expression;
    • Knowledge of principles and practices of management science including problem-solving and decision-making;
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational behavior including organizational structure;
    • Previous experience or affiliation in business analytics;
    • Good understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain structures;
    • Good knowledge in: Microsoft Power BI, and PowerPoint, Excel;
    • Ability to understand, explain and apply the procedures, specifications, standards and guidelines governing assigned activities;
    • Capacity to analyze and determine the applicability of data to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations;
    • Ability to understand processes and design accurate creative solutions in a presentable manner.
