All about the role
As our Business Analyst: Partner Services, you translate data-driven insights into new business opportunities. The overall goal of our Partner Services team is to boost brand visibility, inform our restaurants on best practices and give them the insights and tools to succeed.
To support our growth, you'll build performance dashboards to track restaurant progress and develop statistical models to optimise our ways of working. You're also able to define the scope and timeline of our activities and manage stakeholder expectations - driving positive change across the business.
In this role, we're also counting on you to:
Develop reports using BI tools and languages (e.g. Tableau, Amazon Redshift SQL, Python) to accurately track restaurants' performance
Ensure your reports and dashboards align with our business KPIs and the needs of partner restaurants & internal stakeholders
Improve SQL queries in a data warehouse to prepare & analyse data using text mining
Proactively propose data-driven solutions and improvements that enable the Partner Services department to increase efficiency
Build a strong understanding of what we can offer restaurants, from targeted automated marketing campaigns to branded merchandise and other assets
Become part of our Data & Analytics community, giving you monthly training sessions & meetings with others in the community
Can you deliver…
Ready to take on this exciting analyst role? This is what we need from you:
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar, preferably relating to Commercial Services analysis
Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools - especially Tableau
Experience with another analytics tool, e.g. R, Python, SPSS, SAS etc.
Able to undertake in-depth analysis on topics like partner restaurant performance, marketplace engagement, partner experience metrics and account management insights
Experience in an e-commerce environment and with Salesforce is a major advantage
Fluent English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus
