Foot Locker Europe is seeking to hire a Business Analyst, Gift Cards. This position will report to the Supervisor Banking and GiftCards. The Business Analyst, Gift Cards will be responsible to maintain day to day relations with internal and external parties, manage inventories and purchase orders related to Gift Cards and support the business in any Gift Card related matters. In this role, the Business Analyst, Gift Cards will also identify and propose new initiatives to grow company’s gift cards business
Maintain relations and contracts with Gift Cards external partners
Support Stores in Gift Cards related matters
Manage the inventory of Gift Cards with internal and external partners
Manage 3rd party and internal orders and activations
Coordinate invoicing and credit control activities with AR Department
Identify new initiatives and opportunities to support gift card growth.
Maintain Gift Cards related applications, process workflows and budget
Support department’s reporting, accounting, Balance sheet reconciliations and forecasting activities related to Gift Cards.
Other Banking/Retail Payments related tasks
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Experience working on cross functional teams, multitasking and managing time independently with little direction.
Advanced with Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Excel, Word, ).
Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieve targeted objectives.
Excellent communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, including senior executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines.
