In order to support this mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst - Customer Operations who loves to be part of our journey to achieve our ambitious targets. As a Business Analyst you provide the Global Customer Operations Department with the necessary information, analysis and advice in order for the team to ensure excellence in organizational/operational processes. You support the Global Customer Operations Department with required standardized business intelligence – KPI's dashboards and reports - and coordinate the availability of master data to ensure smooth execution of processes. Also on monthly basis the you will lead the Monthly Customer Operations Reviews with the respective regions to steer decisions and drive improvements. The role reports into the Logistics Operations Manager, Jaïr Angel. Key accountabilities:
Define, develop, maintain and ensure timely and accurate availability of KPI’s and reporting;
Manage the recording and analysis of relevant data, including integration and reconciliation of the necessary financial information. Ensure adherence to internal and external auditing and compliance standards;
Coordinate availability of cross functional master data to ensure smooth execution of organizational/operational processes in the Bugaboo system environment (ERP, BI Tools, Master Data) and 3rd party systems (i.e 3PL WMS, TMS);
Act as project leader on assigned development and continuous improvement projects within the team/department and be part of project teams throughout the organization;
Initiate process and business improvements within the designated area of responsibility;
Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews with suppliers;
Lead the monthly reconciliation of performance and financial data of regional customer operations teams globally, present that monthly to internal stakeholders to steer business improvements;
Initiate process- and systems adjustments in ERP (NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI and Qlik Sense) to drive increased level of reporting automation for self-service purposes.
* Master degree preferably in e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Data Analytics;
2-5 years working experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of supporting software (i.e. ERP, EDI, APS);
Knowledge of database warehouse and reporting tools (Qlik Sense and Power BI);
Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
Project management skills.
