All about the role
As a Business Analyst within our dedicated Customer Services data team, you connect the data with business processes. Your aim is to document processes and align all definitions across our platforms and international markets.
Focusing on the data side, you will develop a data and process mapping inventory and framework, to capture relevant information. During all projects, your goal is to ensure that metrics and KPIs are defined to serve the needs of various stakeholders.
In this data-driven role, it's also your responsibility to:
Work with various CS stakeholders to improve and unify different platforms within the group
Coordinate and facilitate incoming data requests, ensuring these are well-defined and fit within our strategic priorities
Collaborate with Product, Data and Operations teams to improve and unify our underlying platforms and data sources
Support new projects during the initial phase and help define the reporting KPIs required to track & measure their impact
Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business

Ready to join us? Here are the skills and experience we're looking for:
5+ years' experience in business analysis, process mapping or business intelligence
Some experience with Customer Service is an advantage
Excellent SQL skills (Big Query, AWS)
Proficient in process mapping and business analysis techniques
A detail-oriented & analytical mindset, with basic project management skills
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel
Good understanding of data needs & requirements
Able to define metrics and link business goals to information needs and reporting requirements
An organised, detail-oriented approach to your job, working well under pressure and balancing multiple priorities
Fluent English (written & spoken) and good communication skills
