For our Sales & Operations Planning team we are looking for an enthousiastic Business Analyst. In this role you will support the S&OP Director and the rest of the team to make the best possible decisions, by creating integral reports and analyses. The scope is on the full Ingredients Business group and concerning all relevant S&OP streams (Demand, supply, inventory) and KPIs.
What we ask
Bachelor (HBO) or Master (WO) degree
Minimum 2-4 years working experience
Knowledge of reporting systems (Excell / MicroStrategy etc) and familiar with S&OP processes and systems (SAP / APO)
Reporting & masterdata experience
Strong analytical and communicative skills
Creative problem solver, who thinks in opportunities and challenges
Result driven and pro-active attitude
The ability to take decisions based on limited or ambiguous information
A strong drive towards customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Enthusiastic, able to motivate and engage with colleagues, management and customers

Develops and maintains reports and systems for the S&OP process.
Provides integral insights and reports to support the S&OP in decision making.
Supports the team in data analysis for scenario’s and projects

Key user for MSTR
Contact person for PTO, Masterdata team and BI & transformation. Sets priorities for S&OP team.
Set an agenda / roadmap for E2E S&OP execution and ensure that needed system changes are on the agenda of the BI & Transformation manager or PTO.
Support the process to develop towards Integrated Business Planning, moving from volume/coverage optimized business model to a fully optimized business model driven by financials
