In the role as a Business Analyst Benelux you are the Business partner acting as a challenger for the Management Team and the Sales department to ensure Pernod Ricard Benelux reaches company objectives. You will analyze the global performance of Pernod Ricard Benelux. You provide meaningful Financial performance analysis, documents and presentations to support the business (volume, Net Sales, Net Margin, marketing investments, Structure costs, KPI, ROI)) per channel and brand.
You also do regular monitoring and updates of customers conditions and level of accruals in close collaboration with Sales department, and management of financial implications within ERP. The Business Analyst coordinates data requirements from within the department and from all other areas of the business (marketing, sales, management team, finance director).
Your 4 focus points are:
Budget and Estimate preparation and monitoring.
Customers conditions monitoring.
Reporting and Internal control.
You are part of the Finance Department and you report to the Head of FP&A. In a video interview we will inform you more in detail about the responsibilities on each focus point.
You have a professional expertise and a commercial and business awareness. You are excellent in organization & planning and you show an endless curiosity with high growth potential. The Business Analyst has an international mindset and can level with all stakeholders in the company. Therefore we need someone who is experienced to work in a FMCG. Furthermore your resume shows:
Business degree in management / business administration;
At least 2 to 3 years (Associate or Medior level) in a similar role (e.g. financial analysis, commercial analysis, controlling);
Proficiency in Excel;
Knowledge of finance tools (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos, Qlik, Power BI, Navision) is an advantage;
Fluent in English,
Dutch reading and understanding becauseDutch documentation and correspondence will be presented to you in this position.
Note: You are currently living in the Netherlands and you are experienced to work in The Netherlands. (no relocation!)
