    We are a fast growing global company, currently looking for an outside representative to join our Sales Team with the main responsibility to focus on new business development and sales of simPRO products, which will drive the overall success and growth of the company support.

    The Role:

    You are passionate about the brands you represent and are looking to keep growing and developing your career. You enjoy networking, chasing and nurturing important stakeholder relationships in all markets and areas you cover. You have experience in facilitating complex sales demonstrations, both online and in person. You are an expert in positioning a compelling value proposition to decision-makers up to and including large buyer groups. You deal seamlessly with objections and close sales, which means you are a confident and experienced negotiator.

    As an outside sales representative, you follow up on qualified leads, generate new leads, and maintain relationships with customers through and after the sales process, including simPRO product demos, involvement in license negotiations, ensuring tasks and sales are within product scope, and collaboration between the customer and other simPRO departments to ensure that all customer needs are met.

    Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Acquire core knowledge of simPRO software and products in order to respond as best as possible to the needs of the customer
    • Ensuring the development of new business and the achievement of sales targets (transactions are small in value -
    • € 600- € 2,000 MRR and high in numbers 5 7 per month
    • Understand trade contracting and field service business workflows to promote product benefits
    • Assess customer and stakeholder needs to create an implementation plan
    • Deliver immersive and entertaining sales presentations to buyers and purchasing groups in both large and small organizations
    • Develop and execute a sales plan with monthly and quarterly activity updates to expand business to new accounts in the region
    • Participate in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team forecast and pipeline reviews, meetings and training to ensure continuous improvement and best-practice sharing
    • Show understanding of SWOT analysis by market segment in the assigned regions
    • Generating referrals and qualified leads from industry fairs, associations and regional networking events
    • Availability to travel around your area (and to Amsterdam for sales meetings several times a year) for product demonstrations, trade shows, regional events, affinity group prospecting meetings, team meetings and conferences
    • You conduct personal campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects, ensuring a high conversion rate to qualified lead status and closing a high percentage of deals to ensure consistent results above quota
    • Any additional duties as assigned by your manager

    Required experience and skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar new business development role
    • Experience with lead generation
    • Experience with working in a remote sales position
    • Experience in working with business process software
    • Experience with CRM use
    • Ability to travel
    • Insight into business processes and workflows
    • good understanding of internet-based technologies and systems
    • Strong conflict management and problem solving skills
    • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
    • Much attention to detail with regard to documentation and processes
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
    • The ability to deal with multiple priorities and changing schedules
    • Inquisitiveness and enthusiasm
    • You should be able to stay in a stationary position up to 50% and move up to 50% of your work remotely
    • To be able to continuously operate a computer, telephone and other office machines
    • To be able to exchange accurate information in all communications with customers

    Useful for success:

    • Operational knowledge of or experience in the service sector a big plus
    • Experience with CRM Salesforce a plus
    • Proficiency with Google Suite is a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
