As Brand Manager you will be responsible for commercial results through setting and implementing strategies based on your understanding of the market & according to global strategy.
The Brand Manager is also responsible for building the operational plan & tactics (including the right channel mix) and driving cross-functional collaboration with relevant sales, medical and market access team members.
BRAND PLANNING: You build and execute the strategies and operational plan through cross-functional collaboration and aligned with customer and market insights. Identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage (including digital activities).
PLANNING/FORECASTING: You drive the plan to deliver the expected growth and profit expectation and ensuring effective financial planning and forecasting
LEADERSHIP: You lead the assigned brand amongst internal and customer facing colleagues, as well as external stakeholders. You provide vision, clarity for brand success through XF brand Team.
INSIGHTS & MARKET KNOWLEDGE: You initiate relevant market research projects to support the strategic brand planning process and liaise very closely with customer facing roles (MSL, KAMs) to receive market and customer feedback. You ensure a full understanding of the rationale and insights that underpin campaigns & messages, and how field input was used in material development.
ENGAGEMENT: You foster an environment of strong collaboration across the local and regional organization. Ensure to leverage best practices from peers within the LOC but also with Regional/ Global Marketing and Medical Affairs teams. You engage the cross functional team & create a winning mindset for the brand in the organization throughout the year (including bigger cycle meetings).
OPERATIONS: You deliver promotional campaigns and marketing materials in alignment with company policies, procedures and local guidelines.
DRIVE PERFORMANCE: You drive a high performance, competitive culture by fostering innovation, customer focus, personal accountability and commitment for results.
EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENTS: You establish strong and optimal relationships with external stakeholders (Payors, Patient Associations, and KOLs) as relevant.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Academic Degree in Life Science or Business Management discipline.
Demonstrable and meaningful commercial leadership experience in the Netherlands, either in a sales or marketing role
Experience with brand planning processes and translating strategy into execution
Experience using multiple channels of marketing mix & evidence of successful implementations through digital channels
Successful track record of overseeing product launches in the Netherlands is an asset
Deep understanding of Dutch Healthcare environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Dutch and English, including strong formal presentation skills.
