We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to lead the category and brand development in the Netherlands within the Healthcare division.
Reporting to the Brand Activation Team Leader, you will manage a part of the healthcare brand portfolio. The position will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Develop Category Growth Platforms
Develop local success models leveraging the global success models
Lead the shopper agenda
Define, implement, track and improve the 4P strategy for the portfolio
Develop in coordination with the marketing team business development initiatives
Champion new product market entry and execution. Includes managing tracking/analyzing the 4Ps in-market implementation
Partner with our sales team to ensure perfect execution of the strategy
Present Market/Consumer/Category trends to key Customers. Establish Reckitt as the Category expert
4-year college degree, MBA preferred.
2-3 years Trade Marketing and/or Brand Management experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations.
Good understanding of Customer Management Process
Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy data analysis. Ability to review data, draw conclusions and implement learnings is a must.
Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI, Panel Data, etc.)
Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
Ability to challenge, guide and influence decisions, multi-task and prioritize assignments
Flexible thinker being able to operate in a changing environment and cope with complexity
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
