    Brand Activation Manager

    We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to lead the category and brand development in the Netherlands within the Healthcare division.


    Reporting to the Brand Activation Team Leader, you will manage a part of the healthcare brand portfolio. The position will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop Category Growth Platforms
    • Develop local success models leveraging the global success models
    • Lead the shopper agenda
    • Define, implement, track and improve the 4P strategy for the portfolio
    • Develop in coordination with the marketing team business development initiatives
    • Champion new product market entry and execution. Includes managing tracking/analyzing the 4Ps in-market implementation
    • Partner with our sales team to ensure perfect execution of the strategy
    • Present Market/Consumer/Category trends to key Customers. Establish Reckitt as the Category expert



    • 4-year college degree, MBA preferred.
    • 2-3 years Trade Marketing and/or Brand Management experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations.
    • Good understanding of Customer Management Process
    • Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy data analysis. Ability to review data, draw conclusions and implement learnings is a must.
    • Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI, Panel Data, etc.)


    • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
    • Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI)
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
    • Fluency in English and Dutch
