As a Bid Manager you are in the center of our sales process. You work in an inspiring sales team.
As a Bid Manager you will work with the Sales Engineering team to identify the customers’ automation needs and corresponding process requirements and translate these into proposals.
If you’re an experienced, enthusiastic and well organized Bid Manager , you will excel at:
• Taking unique selling points of the company and systems and use this to highlight added value in the proposals.
• Providing leadership with regards to the proposal generation and bidding process.
• Plan and managing timeliness of tasks and deliverables in a structured way to ensure that progress is made and deadlines are met.
• Leading team meetings effectively to ensure clear goals and tasks.
• Helping standardizing proposals based on the needs of market segments and individual customers.
Your qualifications and skills
You should have a working knowledge of :
planning, preparing and coordinating sales activities
delivering feedback and best practice to improve sales offers
aligning with our stakeholders (such as sales, engineering and service)
managing deadlines and milestones
communicating with regular progress reports
both oral and written Dutch and English (other languages would be advantageous).
You should be:
Strong Communicator and team player that aligns internally and externally
Well-organized and process oriented
Abel to work under pressure and in a deadline driven environment
A personality with Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
holding a technical Bachelor’s or Master degree
working on bids/proposals with a minimum 3 years of experience
Proficient in working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
