Bank Sales Manager
Achieve new business targets through managing brokers or acquisition of new customers
Build and enhance relationships with both brokers and prospects
Ensure long-term profitability and quality of new business
Reach targets of New Business and quality
Develop effective broker strategy in line with marketing plan
Develop existing brokers and acquire new ones (if needed)
Acquire new customers based on leads given by MM or TM
and generate own leads
Provide feedback on the leads generated by Market Mgmt.
Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities
Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards
Service existing brokers based on broker segmentation
Interact closely with other core functions
Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
Expert know-how in specifics of market
Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to
brokers, market players and opinion leaders
Ability to generate and convert leads
Expert knowledge in sales and negotiation skills
Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
Ability to convince customers in negotiations
