As the B2B Growth Marketing Specialist you are responsible for acquiring companies to join our corporate travel platform. You are a relentless, data-driven and experimental growth marketer. You constantly analyse data to optimise ROI-positive campaigns, end under-performing ones and spin up new campaign strategies.
We are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial marketing mind who can think outside the box and come up with creative ideas to acquire new customers. If that sounds like you then we should talk!
Management of online marketing channels (primarily Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook) utilising internal and external agencies
Collect and analyse data from customers, product teams and stakeholders to optimise for growth
Propose, plan and implement paid search and paid social marketing campaigns
Proactively manage paid search and paid social to agreed targets
Continuously optimise through experimentation by formulating hypotheses and documenting results and learnings
Report performance metrics to leadership
Actively manage agencies and freelancers to support the execution of your marketing campaigns
3+ years experience in online growth marketing at scale across regions and languages, and managing large budgets
Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and either Facebook or LinkedIn (preferably both and more is even better)
Experience using analytics tools/platforms and the ability to extract actionable insights from data
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset
Strong entrepreneurial and creative mindset
Results and delivery focused
Fluency in English is essential (any other language(s) is a plus)First-class communication skills, demonstrable commercial and industry acumen and the ability to build and develop effective relationships
Advanced Excel knowledge and preferably familiarity with database querying (e.g. Hadoop/SQL/MySQL)
Experience working at an international B2B SaaS company is a big plus
