You are in contact with Hiring Managers, candidates and other stakeholders to schedule interviews in different time zones and with challenging agendas via our ATS - WorkDay. You are going to tackle the challenge by being accurate, proactive and success makes you satisfied!
We at Genmab are people hiring people! We will never miss our weekly coffee catch up to chit chat and talk about the European Champions League and summer holidays! You work in liaison with the HR Operations team while acting as point of contact with the new hires in the onboarding process.

Where you work
Your new workplace is our modern attractive office and a wonderful place to be, with everything you need at your disposal. During Covid 19 the Recruitment Coordinator will mainly operate from home and maybe sometimes from the Head Quarters in Utrecht. In this role you work closely with the new insourced recruitment team and will report to the Country HR Lead in the Netherlands.

You are someone who works with pleasure and efficiency. This means you can say you have strong administrative skills, can easily prioritize, and can handle many tasks simultaneously. You are someone who finds it easy to work with others. More specifically, we ask the following of you:
A degree within HR or related field.
At least 2-3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources teams where you had an administrative role in international and dynamic companies.
Candidates with an agency background and relevant experience are welcome to apply.
You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
It would be an advantage if you have experience using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) e.g. WorkDay;
You are proactive, dynamic, and service-minded while being eager to learn and start your career in a global and fast-growing team.
